This is puzzling behavior, since the RG should at some point recognize that it is in trouble and retrain. (Although the user sees no problem, presumably operating in this condition has less headroom for "real" line problems.) As the second screenshot shows, the RG is seeing an FEC rate > 30,000 per minute in this state. After the RG is reset, the FEC/CRC rates are "0" per minute, but all the other quality data are virtually the same: Max Rate, Noise Margin, Line Capacity, Bits in Use, etc.
